Description:
Economics is one of the interseting areas of study which enables us to explain some of the basic economic problems of our life. BA programme of this University provide Economics as one of the elective subject and it also offered as Major course.
.Eligibility:
a. 10+2 or equivalent examination passed (in any stream, including Vocational Stream) from a Council/University recognized by UGC.
b. Diploma passed from Polytechnics in any branch.
A Learner who wants to pursue major in any course need to study elective of the respective course in 1st and 2nd semester. For example a learner who wants to opt for English or Assamese major have to study elective english or elective assamese as elective subjects in 1st and 2nd semester.
